IN VINES: Rain or Shine wins Game 6, evens the series
MANILA, Philippines - Thanks to a 101-93 victory by the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters over the Talk ’N Text Tropang Texters in game six of the Commissioner’s Cup Finals on Sunday, April 26, there will be a final, winner-takes-all match to determine who takes home the crown.
Before Wednesday’s epic conclusion to the series, relive some of the best moments in game 6 below:
Ivan Johnson was limited to just 6 points He did hit his first attempt at a three-pointer despite the defense of Wayne Chism.
Rain or Shine was off to a slow start, but thanks to this basket by Ryan Araña, the Elasto Painters were able to establish momentum.
Johnson was scoring early, but little did spectators know this would be his last field goal of the day.
Jireh Ibanes isn’t known for his outside shot, but this came in pretty handy for the Elasto Painters.

Chism didn’t light up the scoreboard, but this three-pointer helped put his team up by 5 early.
