WATCH: Pacquiao flaunts Scottish accent, meets Prince Harry

MANILA, Philippines – While waiting for developments in the ongoing negotiations for his long-awaited bout against Floyd Mayweather Jr., Manny Pacquiao has been keeping himself busy outside the Philippines.

Following the premier of his movie-documentary entitled “Manny” at the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood this week, Pacquiao also made several guest appearances, including a sit-down interview on NBC’s “Men in Blazers” football show.

During the conversation with hosts Roger Bennett and Michael Davies, boxing’s only eight-division world champion flaunted a believable Scottish accent by telling the British football chaps that he is from Scotland and he was “fighting for freedom against the Englishmen.”

Aside from his United States trip, Pacquiao also paid a visit in the United Kingdom, where he and his wife Jinkee had dinner with Prince Harry at Buckingham Palace in London, England.

The Filipino boxing icon has even named one of his daughters Queenie, after Queen Elizabeth, after admitting his admiration for the monarchy. – Rappler.com
