Pacquiao promises to arrive early for media workout

MANILA, Philippines – Manny Pacquiao took a swipe at Floyd Mayweather Jr. for being two hours late for his lone media workout on Wednesday, April 15 at the Mayweather Boxing Club in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Mayweather was scheduled to start his public training at 7:00 AM (PH Time), but he arrived an hour late and took another sixty minutes before changing into his work clothes as he accommodated interviews with several media outlets in attendance.

Using his official Twitter account, the 36-year-old Pacquiao made fun of Mayweather by promising he will arrive early for his public training tomorrow at Freddie Roach’s Wild Card Gym in Los Angeles, California.

During his open workout, Mayweather had his usual punch-mitt routine with his uncle Roger Mayweather, while his father Floyd Mayweather Sr. was overseeing the training.
