HIGHLIGHTS: Philippines vs Kazakhstan - 2017 FIBA Asia Champions Cup

MANILA, Philippines-Bannered by young yet familiar faces, the Philippine team hopes to open its 2017 FIBA Asia Champions Cup campaign on a high note when it battles a Kazakhstan crew on Friday, September 22 in Chenzhou, China.

The national team, backed by Chooks-to-Go, will participate in a clash with BC Astana at 9:45 pm in the closing match of the opening day.

Former collegiate standouts will spearhead the squad’s international stint, including Kiefer Ravena, Jeron and Jeric Teng, Carl Bryan Cruz, Almond Vosotros, LA Revilla, Norbert Torres, Raymar Jose, Jett Manuel, and Al Francis Tamsi.

2014 NBA Draft prospect Isaiah Austin and Centro Escolar University’s big man Rod Ebondo will serve as imports.
