HIGHLIGHTS: Suns vs Bucks, Game 3 – NBA Finals 2021
The Suns aim for a commanding 3-0 lead, while the Bucks shoot for their first win in the best-of-seven finals series

After another convincing victory over the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 2 of the 2021 NBA Finals, the Phoenix Suns are now only two wins away from capturing their first ever title in franchise history.

(UPDATE: Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bucks throttle Suns in Game 3)

With superstar guards Devin Booker and Chris Paul leading the way, the Suns have an average winning margin of 11.5 points against the Bucks in the first two games of their best-of-seven affair.

Booker, who is averaging 29.0 points in the series, was sensational for the Suns in Game 2 as he finished with 31 points on 7-of-12 shooting from downtown.

Meanwhile, Paul, who put up 32 points and 9 assists in the series opener, had 23 points and 8 assists in the Suns’ 118-108 Game 2 win.

The Bucks, on the other hand, have been relying heavily on two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, who is averaging a huge double-double of 31.0 points and 14.5 rebounds in the series.

Despite coming off a hyperextended knee injury in the previous round, Antetokounmpo erupted for a playoff career-high 42 points in Game 2 as the deadly backcourt duo of Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday struggled offensively.

Thankfully for Antetokounmpo and the rest of the Bucks, the next two games of the series will be played in Milwaukee, where they currently have a 7-1 record this postseason – the best home playoff record in the league.

As both squads once again face off for Game 3 on Sunday, July 11 (Monday, July 12, Manila time), will the red-hot Suns take a commanding 3-0 lead, or will the struggling Bucks finally secure a much-needed victory?

Game time is 8 am.
