Fred VanVleet scored 23 points and had 9 assists as the Toronto Raptors defeated the visiting Philadelphia 76ers, 110-103, in Tampa on Sunday, February 21 (Monday, February 22, Manila time).
Pascal Siakam also scored 23 points for the Raptors and had 7 rebounds and 8 assists.
