The All-Stars were handpicked from 80 participants in the Jr NBA Philippines 2019 graced by Cleveland Cavaliers guard Collin Sexton and WNBA champion Ticha Penicheiro. 

Jr NBA coaches Carlos Barroca and Natalia Andre and Alaska coaches Jeffrey Cariaso and Tony dela Cruz spearheaded the Alaska National Training Camp that ran from May 18 to 19. 

Dianne Camille Nolasco, Karylle Sierba, Mikylla Taborada, Justine Mhyrra Vibangco, and Princess BJ Marie Villarin were the girls who impressed. 

On the boys’ side, Henjz Gabriel Demisana, Joshua Minguillo, Zhan Paolo Moreno, Sebastian Roy Reyes, and Lionel Metthew Rubico made the cut. 

Since its launch in 2007, Jr NBA Philippines has reached more than two million players, coaches and parents in over 190 cities and municipalities nationwide.
