“I know daddy is so proud of you. I am so proud of you! Your hard work and dedication [were] so worth it,” Vanessa wrote on Instagram.

“You pushed through the most excruciating pain imaginable and you succeeded,” Vanessa added.

Kobe and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna died in a helicopter crash in January 2020 along with 7 other people.

“I wish daddy and Gigi were physically here to celebrate but I know they’re here in spirit,” Vanessa added.

In true Bryant fashion, Vanessa gifted Natalia a custom pair of Nike Kobe 4 with the USC initials embellished on the back of the shoe.

Aside from USC, Natalia – a volleyball player in high school – also got accepted into the University of Oregon, University of California Irvine, and Loyola Marymount University. – Rappler.com
