Alaska outclasses Tropang TNT to make semis
The Aces rally from a 0-1 series deficit to set a semifinal series against the Bolts

MANILA, Philippines – The Alaska Aces dominated on both ends of the floor in Game 3 and defeated Tropang TNT, 99-81, to make the Commissioner’s Cup semifinals on Friday, April 22, at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Led by superb performances by import Rob Dozier and Calvin Abueva, Alaska completed a 0-1 series comeback against TNT and will face the Meralco Bolts in the next round. Game 1 of that series takes place on Monday, April 25.

Dozier had 20 points and 14 boards while Abueva scored 18 and pulled down 6 rebounds. Alaska shot 44% as a team and limited Tropang TNT to just 37%.

Import David Simon finished with 20 points and 13 rebounds for TNT, which had 20 turnovers.
