MANILA, Philippines – Joe Devance and Barangay Ginebra must’ve had an extra cup of “Never Say Die” before Game 4.
Devance finished the game with 7 points, but none were bigger than the two he sank with under 30 seconds left to put Ginebra up over the Meralco Bolts, 88-86, which ended up as the final score to tie the PBA Governors’ Cup Finals at 2-2.
