The family of Robert Jaworski Sr asked for prayers for the PBA legend, who continues to recover from pneumonia he suffered last year.

Jaworski, according to his family, has experienced “difficulty in regaining his strength, weight, and normal well-being” as he also deals with a blood abnormality discovered in 2016.

“Despite this, he is making good progress and is slowly moving forward,” the family said in an official statement.

The family added Jaworksi tested negative for the coronavirus.

“At this time of his recuperation, our family would like to request for your continued well wishes and prayers for our beloved father.”

Jaworski turned 75 last March 8.
