TNT might have an uphill climb when it shoots for the tie in the PBA Philippine Cup finals against Barangay Ginebra with star guard Ray Parks likely to sit out Game 2 on Wednesday, December 2.
Parks sustained a strained left calf in Game 1, which saw Ginebra drag TNT to an extra period to hack out a 100-94 overtime win and draw first blood in the best-of-seven affair.
Japeth Aguilar and Stanley Pringle will be marked men for TNT after carrying the scoring load for Ginebra in the series opener.
Aguilar finished with game-highs of 25 points and 16 rebounds, while Pringle delivered 24 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists, and 2 steals.
Parks put up 20 points, 5 steals, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 blocks in Game 1, but TNT may need to get contributions from other players should the team decide to sideline him.
Game time is 6 pm.
