TNT might miss the services of Ray Parks for the third straight game as it tries to level the PBA Philippine Cup finals against Barangay Ginebra in Game 4 on Sunday, December 6.

Parks – the leader in the statistical points race through the semifinals – suffered a left calf strain in the finals opener, where he dropped 20 points, 5 steals, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, and 2 blocks in a losing effort.

“Doubtful,” said TNT team manager Gabby Cui when asked if Parks would play in the pivotal Game 4.

Fortunately for TNT, it has shown that it cannot just win but also dominate Ginebra despite having Parks sidelined.

TNT avoided falling into a 0-3 hole with a rousing 88-67 win in Game 3.

Several players stepped up for TNT in that game, most notably Troy Rosario, who had his finest performance in the finals with 15 points and 2 blocks.

Roger Pogoy, who led TNT in scoring in the last two games with an average of 28.0 points on top of 5.0 rebounds and 4.5 steals, is expected to deliver the goods anew in Game 4. – Rappler.com
