Tuck, Magney named UFC Manila Performers of the Night

MANILA, Philippines – UFC President Dana White awarded his Performers of the Night honors to Guamanian lightweight Jon Tuck and American welterweight Neil Magny following the conclusion of UFC Fight Night 66 on Saturday, May 16 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

Tuck defeated Korean Tae Hyun Bang by first round rear naked choke to move to 9-2, while Magny recovered from a shaky start to notch a technical knockout win over Hyun Gyu Lim.

Meanwhile, White named Jon Delos Reyes and Roldan Sangcha-an’s bloody thriller as Fight of the Night.

Delos Reyes and Sangcha-an pumped up the crowd with an action-packed 3-round fight that resulted in an emphatic victory for Guamanian Delos Reyes.

Delos Reyes forced the Filipino fighter to wave the white flag at the 3:13 mark of the second round with a rear naked choke that left fans at the edge of their seats barely an hour into the fight card.

As is customary, each fighter will receive $50,000 from White for their accomplishment.
