MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – The National University Pep Squad copped their second consecutive crown in the 2014 UAAP Cheerdance Competition Sunday, September 14 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
NU, who scored 677.5 points, put on a scintillating performance, wowing the crowd with their Indian-themed routine peppered with highly complicated stunts, tosses and pyramids.
At first runner-up once again was the UP Pep Squad with 658 points. The UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe returned to the podium this year finishing at second runner-up with 625 points with a Chinese dynasty theme. IN PHOTOS: 2014 UAAP Cheerdance Competition
