Thompson registers triple-double as Perpetual Help dominates San Sebastian

The Rodney Santos-coached San Sebastian was led by sophomore guard Ryan Paul Costelo, who registered 18 points for the red-and-gold troop.
Big man Bradwyn Guinto and pesky wingman Alvin Capobres combined 26 baskets, while veteran gunslinger Jon Kervin Ortuoste had a low output of nine points.
