Clutch LeBron takes over as Heat dump Bulls

MANILA, Philippines — Four-time NBA MVP LeBron James came up big down the stretch while Chris Bosh had his best game of the playoffs to lead the Miami Heat to a 101-94 victory over the Chicago Bulls in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinals series Saturday, May 11, at the United Center. 

After a slow start, James scored 12 of his 25 points in the final period as the Heat broke free from a close one late in the game to take a 2-1 lead and regain homecourt advantage in their best-of-seven affair.

Bosh, meanwhile, had a monster double-double with 20 points and 19 rebounds while reserve Norris Cole brought in the goods off the bench with 18 markers spiked by three triples.

Game 3 featured another physical battle between the two teams, with Bull Nazr Mohammed getting ejected and James, who also had eight boards and seven assists, and Chicago center Joakim Noah being assessed a technical foul each.

Carlos Boozer led the Bulls with 21 points while Nate Robinson and Jimmy Butler scored 17 apiece for the team still missing stars Derrick Rose and Luol Deng. – Rappler.com
