MANILA, Philippines – Apple is gearing up for another announcement just one month after its headline event last September where they announced the Apple iPhone 6 and 6 Plus, as well as the Apple Watch.
The tech giant gave out invites for an unveiling on October 16 at their headquarters in Cupertino. Smaller than the Flint Center where the latest iPhones were announced, the venue is a clue that there may be no new products; rather, it’s possible we may get a slew of updates instead.
More than anything, a new iPad Air is being expected as leaks suddenly made rounds among tech websites in the last couple of days. The iPad Mini may also be up for a refresh as it is nearly a year old already.
People are also anticipating updates on the iPod Touch, Mac Mini and iMac, with their latest models announced back in 2012. – Rappler.com
