Project Move Inc. and the Siy Cha Group of Companies launch the new on-demand delivery app Amigo

A new app-based delivery service was launched in the Philippines on Thursday, January 21.

Amigo, its founders Matthew Siy Cha and Kimberley Siy say, “makes customer convenience a top priority, from a booking process that takes as few steps as possible to flexible booking times and an option for both cash and cashless transactions, where customers can opt for COD, credit/debit card, and even their PayMaya account.”

The app promises real-time tracking of riders and a security code feature to ensure packages are received by the correct people. An Amigo Chat service will also provide customers support from a customer service representative or a rider.

“Ka-Amigo” riders will also receive their earnings in real-time after every delivery without any processing time, according to Amigo. Riders are also enrolled in the app’s incentive programs called “AmiGoals.”

The app and service were developed by Project Move Inc. with support from the Siy Cha Group of Companies. – Rappler.com
