SAN FRANCISCO, USA – At Samsung Galaxy Unpacked 2020, the company launched their new line of Galaxy S phones, the S20. But there was another phone that stole the show: the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip.

Samsung’s second foldable is a clamshell type phone that uses a new bending “ultra thin glass” and a hinge that allows it to open at a range of angles. Both are design improvements over the Galaxy Fold, which had a plastic screen and a hinge that’s not designed for opening at different angles. Even with the new tech, the Z Flip is much cheaper than the Fold. The former launches at P79,990 while the Fold launched for P109,990.
