GameStart Asia in Singapore is set to have a huge lineup of titles for gaming fans

SINGAPORE – After Thailand’s Gameshow and the Philippines’ E-sports and Gaming Summit (ESGS), Sony Computer Entertainment Hong Kong Limited Singapore Branch (SCES) is going big at the second year of GameStart Asia.

At the GameStart Asia press conference in Singapore on November 12, SCES’ SEA Region Head Hidetoshi Takigawa announced an exciting lineup of games and activities for fans at their booth.

The Playstation booth will be larger compared to last year. SCES has expanded their double-story booth by 30% to accommodate more fans.

Aside from the vast play space, fans can also expect to try more games with a multi-category Playstation game list prepared for them. The game list includes freshly released titles, and games that are yet to be released.

Star Wars Battlefront, Street Fighter V, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Fallout 4, and Gravity Rush Remastered are just some of the 30 games that will be available to fans at the booth.

The highlight, however, of the booth will be Playstation VR. At GameStart Asia, Southeast Asian fans will finally get to experience the PlayStation VR hands-on.

SCES has dedicated 6 Playstation VR machines at the second level of their booth so that fans can fully immerse themselves in VR gaming.
A number of titles are ready to be played with the PlayStation VR.

Visitors who have already pre-registered online for the experience will get to play Playstation VR titles such as Playroom VR, The Deep, Kitchen, The London Heist Getaway, Summer Lesson, and SEGA feat. HATSUNE MIKU Project: VR.

International game producers will also be present on stage to talk to fans about some of the upcoming games for the Playstation 4. Playroom VR Creative Director and Producer Nicolas Doucet, Gravity Rush Remastered Creative Director Keiichiro Toyama, and Street Figher V Executive Producer Ayano Tomaki together with Assistant Producer Ayano Tomoaki will take the stage across the three games of GameStart.

Sony’s booth will run throughout GameStart Asia at Singapore’s Suntec Convention Center from November 13 to 15. – Rappler.com
