MANILA, Philippines – Asus revealed a new Zenbook laptop at Computex Taipei on Monday, May 30, that aims to take on Apple’s Macbooks.

The Zenbook 3 weighs 2 pounds and is 11.9 millimeters thick, edging out the Macbook by .03 pounds and 1.3 millimeters.

It sports a 12.5-inch (16:9) LED backlit Full HD display at 1920×1080 resolution and runs on 16GB of RAM and either an Intel Core i7 6500U or an Intel Core i5 6200U processor. You can also get up to 1TB of SSD storage with the Zenbook 3.

It has a USB Type C port for charging and offers a rather quick charging time, restoring 60% in just 49 minutes. It can provide up to 9 hours of battery life as well.
