MANILA, Philippines (3rd UPDATE) – Twitter and its management dashboard TweetDeck experienced outages worldwide on Wednesday, October 2.

The reports started coming in past 8 am, Philippine time, with the number of reports on outage.report dying down as time progressed and more people got back onto Tweetdeck.
