Acer Philippines reveals premium device lineup
MANILA, Philippines – Acer Philippines revealed on Wednesday, March 25, its lineup of premium devices as part of its #PowerLook campaign.
The campaign seeks to highlight the company's higher-end devices – including smartphones, tablets, laptops, 2-in-1 devices, monitors, and projectors.
It is meant to be an answer to the changing tastes of the market, “the perfect combination of superior power and elegantly superb power look," according to a statement from Manuel Wong, managing director of Acer Philippines.
For the smartphones, the Premium line includes the Liquid X1and Liquid Jade, which come out at price points of P15,990 ($357) and P10,990 ($245), respectively.
For tablets and tablet-computers, the Iconia Tab 8 FHD and 10 FHD are set at P10,990 ($245) and P14,990 ($334) respectively, while the Aspire R13 and Switch 10, 11, and 12 two-in-one devices come in at P59,990 ($1340), P22,900 ($512), P33,990 ($759), and P37,990 ($849), respectively.
For personal computing, Acer's premium line is made up of the Aspire Z3615-AIO (P52,900 or $1,182) and Revo (P23,990 or $536) desktops, and the Aspire S7 (P79,990 or $1791), V Nitro (starting at P69,990 or $1564), and V 13 (starting at P26,990 or $603) ) laptops.
Also listed among the premium products are the XB280HK monitor (P34,990 or $782) and the H651OBD, P7605, and U5313W projectors (P49,500 or $1105, P115,000 or $2569, and P74,900 or $1673).
Wong added, "We are focusing on putting as much power and looks as we can into the products under this line, in addition to our already high standards of efficiency and convenience of use."
