MANILA, Philippines – Malacañang reacted to the privilege speech delivered by Senator Bong Revilla Jr Monday afternoon on his links to the multi-billion pork barrel scam.
Revilla vehemently denied all the allegations against him calling it black propaganda by the administration of President Benigno Aquino III.
The actor-turned-politician criticized the Aquino administration over its slow response to the victims of Super Typhoon Yolanda (International name: Haiyan). He also blasted Aquino and his allies Interior Secretary Mar Roxas and Budget Secretary Florencio Abad for back-channeling to ensure that senators convict former Chief Justice Renato Corona.
Communications Secretary Herminio “Sonny” Coloma delivered the reaction by the Palace.
