All systems go for UFC Fight Night Manila
UFC fighters weigh in a day before their fights.

The octagon can’t wait for Ultimate Fighting Championship’s first fight card in Manila. During Friday’s weigh-in, all fighters make weight except one.

From Urijah Faber and Frankie Edgar, down to every Filipino in the fight card, all make weight a day before the first-ever UFC Fight Night in Manila.

Headlining featherweights Faber and Edgar each weighs in at 146 pounds.

The five Filipinos out of the 24-man fight card encounter no weight problems.

Crowd favorite Mark Muñoz registers 186 pounds in the middleweight division while opponent Luke Barnatt is at 185.

Team Lakay’s featherweight Mark Eddiva weighs 145 pounds, while his match-up Levan Makashvili is likewise at 145.

Also from Team Lakay is flyweight Roldan Sangcha-an. He comes in at 126 pounds. He goes up against Guamanian Jon Delos Reyes.

Comebacking Phillipe Nover tips the scale at 145 pounds. Nover returns to the Octagon after 5 years against Korean Yui Chui Nam.

Filipino-American standout Nolan Ticman checks in at 126 pounds.

Singaporean Royston Wee misses his weight by one pound. He is given one hour after weigh-in to make the 136-pound bantamweight limit.

Non-title fights are allowed a one-pound allowance.

All systems are go for fighters ahead of UFC fight night in Manila. The stage is set and the Octagon is waiting.
