'Bidyoke': A singing sanctuary for immigrants

Every night, a small restaurant in California transforms into a bustling music space for Filipino immigrants.

Bidyoke is a rousing portrait of a beloved karaoke spot that has since closed its doors.

The documentary played at last year's Asian American International Film Festival in New York and is directed by Joseph Mangat, who, months prior, won the Docs-in-Progress Award at Cannes with his latest project, Holy Craft.
