Solicitor General Jose Calida opens Day 2 of the anti-terror law oral arguments in the Supreme Court, saying the two Aetas, the first people charged under the controversial law, were forced to sign the petition. But earlier in the day, the Supreme Court dismissed the Aetas’ petition anyway.
