Published in 2011, his book Beyond the Lean Revolution: Achieving Successful and Sustainable Enterprise Transformation, co-authored with Deborah Nightingale, is a compilation of seven principles leaders can use in efforts to transform their operations. His research is applicable to software organizations, governmental agencies, and services such as health care.
