Ello, Windows 10 (TechRap)

MANILA, Philippines – This week on TechRap, Microsoft skips a number, announces Windows 10. After hashtag-bendgate on the iPhone, now comes Gap Gate, this time on Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4. And, invite-only social network Ello has the web abuzz.

We’ll post the video of applicants and you can vote on your favorite candidate in an online poll.
