MANILA, Philippines – Indonesia faces the year-end with shocking news on the disappearance of AirAsia flight QZ 8501 on Sunday, December 28.
The missing flight, which has a total of 162 people on board, was on a routine flight from Surabaya, Indonesia to Singapore. The plane's last known position is somewhere between Belitung island and Kalimantan.

The search team has yet to confirm the fate of the missing AirAsia aircraft and its passengers.
