JAKARTA, Indonesia — A powerful 6.5-magnitude quake struck off Aceh province on Indonesia’s Sumatra island Wednesday, December 7 killing at least 97 people as rescue workers continued to pull more bodies from the rubble of scores of shattered buildings.
