JALALABAD, Afghanistan – A suicide bomber killed 3 Turkish engineers and wounded another on Monday, June 2, in eastern Afghanistan, officials said, the latest attack on foreigners in the wartorn country.
“Around 7:15am, a suicide bomber detonated his explosive-packed motorbike targeting a minibus belonging to Turkish engineers in Behsud district of Nangarhar province,” Ahmad Zia Abdulzai, Nangarhar provincial governor spokesman, told the Agence France-Presse.
