Here is a list of schools implementing academic breaks within November 2020 following recent disasters that hit the Philippines

To allow students, teachers, and other school employees to recover from Typhoon Ulysses (Vamco) and other recent disasters, some schools are implementing academic breaks in November 2020.

This list will be updated once schools make announcements.

Ateneo de Manila University

  • Suspension of synchronous and asynchronous classes and activities – November 16 to 21
  • Suspension of synchronous classes and activities; resumption of asynchronous activities – November 23 to 28

De La Salle University (all campuses)

  • Suspension of classes – starting 11 am on November 17 until November 21

De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde

  • Suspension of classes – November 17 to 21

FEU High School

  • Suspension of synchronous and asynchronous classes – November 16 to 20

Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila

  • Suspension of synchronous and asynchronous classes – November 16 to 21

Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila

  • Suspension of classes – November 16 to 22

Polytechnic University of the Philippines (main campus as well as all branches and satellite campuses)

  • Suspension of synchronous and asynchronous classes and activities – November 16 to 27

University of Santo Tomas

  • Suspension of synchronous and asynchronous classes – November 16 to 21

University of the East (Manila and Caloocan, including Graduate School and College of Law)

  • Only asynchronous classes will be held; no quizzes, exams, or submission of assignments – November 16 to 21

University of the Philippines

  • Suspension of synchronous and asynchronous classes and activities – November 16 to 21
