MANILA, Philippines – The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced Monday, August 3 that 1,817 out of 2,654 passed the Social Worker Licensure Examination administered by the Board for Social Workers in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Tuguegarao and Zamboanga last July 2015.

1. BICOL UNIVERSITY-DARAGA – 97.06 %
2. SAINT LOUIS UNIVERSITY – 94.67 %
3. MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY- MARAWI CITY – 94.40 %

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be on August 6 & 7, 2015. Those who will register are required to bring the following:
  • duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • current Community Tax Certificate (cedula)
  • 1 piece passport sized picture (colored with white background and complete nametag)
  • 2 sets of metered documentary stamps
  • 1 short brown envelope with name and profession
  • Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2015-2018.
Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
