MANILA, Philippines – In preparation for the observance of All Saints Day and All Souls Day, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has released traffic rerouting information particularly around cemeteries.

The maps cover public and private cemeteries and memorial parks.

The number-coding scheme for vehicles will also be suspended on November 1 and 2 (Thursday and Friday) in all cities and municipalities in Metro Manila, according to the MMDA.
