MANILA, Philippines - I first met Patti Grandidge a few years back through her now-fiance Jon Herrera of Styles Entertainment. Jon and company were working with Oxygen, a retail brand I was working with as creative manager and stylist, and we were putting together a show for Philippine Fashion Week.

In a brainstorming session with the Oxygen team, we thought of asking real people to walk in the fashion show, to show that real, cool people wear Oxygen, too. Patti was one of those who walked for us. I remember her as a quiet young woman who was low-maintenance and easy to work with.

Fast forward to 2012: Patti now hosts Etcetera, Capsules for the Stylish Youth, a 15-minute lifestyle program on ETC that airs every Sunday at 7:45 pm. With her as on-the-scene reporter is bubbly Kim Jones.

Rappler was invited to a spa party hosted by Etcetera at Beauty and Butter in SM Megamall on November 29, and we took the chance to get to know the two ladies better.
