RESTLESS. Piolo Pascual continues to have a busy work schedule at the height of his career

MANILA, Philippines - Piolo Pascual has done it all, it seems:

• He has starred in memorable films such as Dekada ’70, Milan, and Don’t Give Up on Us
• He has captivated hearts with his romantic performances alongside Judy Ann Santos, Regine Velasquez, and Angel Locsin
• His golden voice has led to 7 successful albums, proving his versatility and multi-faceted ability to make girls swoon

But Piolo does not rest his laurels on these achievements. In August 2012, he conquered a fitness challenge by competing in the Cobra Ironman 70.3 Philippines Triathlon in Cebu.

"After working out in the gym, I run, then I swim. If there's time, I bike, then I eat. And if I still have time, I play badminton. Even in my down time, I'm always training," he said in an interview with Pep.ph on his fitness regimen and Ironman training.

"Every day, if I see an hour (sic) window, I put training into that. We can always find excuses not to, but if you really want it, you'll find time."

Upcoming projects

Piolo has a busy 2013 ahead of him.

He will star in the upcoming action movie On The Job, sharing the top bill with Gerald Anderson and Shaina Magdayao. Piolo will play an NBI agent who tries to catch a hitman from prison, played by Anderson. Magdayao plays his wife whom he eventually runs into conflict with.

Piolo will also be a part of a new teleserye titled “Apoy sa Dagat” with Angelica Panganiban and Diether Ocampo, while suiting up as the guest VJ for music channel MYX! for the month of January.

Aside from his acting jobs, Piolo is also a devoted film producer who is all set to get cracking on 2013 projects.

In an interview with the Manila Bulletin, the actor said, “We’re working on a couple of concepts na sana mag-materialize in the next couple of months.”

Piolo produced Manila, a double independent film directed by Raya Martin and Adolf Alix Jr., and the Kimmy Dora series, starring actress Eugene Domingo.
