BAGUIO CITY, Philippines - The city celebrated its 18th Panagbenga Festival with a burst of color and flowers that adorned floats which paraded down Session Road over the weekend.
On Saturday and Sunday, February 23 and 24, multisectoral groups participated in street dances and float parades that highlighted the annual event. "A Blooming Odyssey" is the theme for this year's Panagbenga which will end on March 3 at the Athletic Bowl.
