MANILA, Philippines  – Craving for Thai? What about Singaporean or Korean? Fancy Filipino comfort food? You can get it all right in one place. 

From August 8-10, the Asia Society Philippines together with Pinoy Eats World and the Podium will hold the Asian Eats festival at the mall’s Atrium. Some of the featured cuisines are: Indonesian food by Chef Rita Binibule, Thai food via NAV, Vietnamese food via restaurant P.H.A.T. Pho, and Pinoy food via Chef Claude Tayag’s Downtown Cafe by Bale Dutung.

Dishes by Aashish Mirpuri, who will serve Northern Indian cuisine courtesy of Maharajas Kababs, will make an appearance. Suzy Lee’s Spring by Ha Yuan will serve Chinese comfort food, and Tina Hong Garcia will serve Korean dishes.

Beverages by EDSA Beverage Design and sweets by Pink Wasabi will also be available during the 3-day food festival.

Aside from the delectable cuisine, there will also be cooking demos by the chefs from Berjaya Hotel. Performances by acoustic guitarist Alyza Barro and Indonesia singers will happen on August 9, while on August 10, a food demo by Turkish Chef Illhami and performance by K-pop cover group NEO will take place.
