MANILA, Philippines (UPDATED) – Tropical depression Caloy has weakened into a Low Pressure Area (LPA), according to  PAGASA‘s weather bulletin as of 5pm, March 22, Saturday.

All public storm warning signals have been lowered.

PAGASA said that Eastern Visayas and Caraga will continue have cloudy skies, with moderate to occasional heavy rains and thunderstorms possibly triggering flashfloods and landslides.
