MANILA, Philippines - Does Republic Act 10175, or the Cybercrime Prevention Act, violate Filipinos' rights to freedom of speech and due process?

Lawyers Harry Roque, Bayan Muna Rep. Neri Colmenares, Jesus Disini Jr., Rodel Cruz and Julius Matibag try to prove it does as they present their arguments against the law before the Supreme Court on Tuesday, January 15.
