Manila, Philippines - The back of the Manila Film Center in Pasay City caught fire on Tuesday evening, February 19, according to the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
The official MMDA account (MMDA) tweeted the first fire alert at 7:17 PM. Five minutes later, the same account tweeted that the fire was already on the 5th alarm.
