 MANILA, Philippines – Metro Manila, MIMAROPA, Eastern Visayas, and the provinces of Zambales and Bataan will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains on Sunday, September 13, state weather bureau PAGASA said.

In its weather bulletin released on Saturday afternoon, September 12, PAGASA said that the rest of the Philippines will have partly to cloudy skies with isolated thunderstorms. 

Northern and Central Luzon will experience light to moderate winds from the northeast to southeast while winds from the southwest to west will prevail over the rest of the country.

Coastal waters throughout the archipelago, meanwhile, will be slight to moderate.
