Partly cloudy Friday for PH

MANILA, Philippines – The country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies on Friday, October 30, according to state weather bureau PAGASA. 

In its 5 pm bulletin Thursday, October 29, PAGASA said the regions of Ilocos, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, and the province of Aurora will experience isolated light rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. 

A northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon. 

Moderate to occasionally strong winds will blow from the northeast over Northern Luzon, causing moderate to occasionally rough seas. Elsewhere, coastal seas will be slight to moderate as light to moderate winds blow from the northeast.
