Rainy Tuesday for Davao, Caraga, E. Visayas, parts of Luzon

MANILA, Philippines – The Davao and Caraga regions of Mindanao, Eastern Visayas, Bicol region, Aurora and Quezon provinces in Luzon will experience light to moderate rains on Tuesday, November 17, says state weather bureau PAGASA.

These parts of the country can also expect isolated thunderstorms and cloudy skies.

The rest of the archipelago is likely to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies and some thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon should brace for moderate to strong winds from the east. This means ocean waters around the region may be moderate to rough.

For the rest of the country, winds will be light to moderate leading to calmer seas.
