Isolated light rains for Cagayan, Batanes on Thursday

MANILA, Philippines – Only isolated light rains are expected in Cagayan region and Batanes on Thursday, November 26, said the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA).

The rest of the country is likely to experience isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. The entire country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies.

Luzon and Visayas should brace for moderate to strong winds from the northeast. These winds will make ocean waters surrounding these two regions moderate to rough.

Mindanao can expect only light to moderate winds leading to calmer ocean waters.
