MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Depression Ambo is now threatening Aurora province, where it is expected to make landfall early Monday morning, June 27.

In its bulletin issued 11 pm on Sunday, June 26, state weather bureau PAGASA said Ambo is now 150 kilometers (km) north of Baler, Aurora. It is moving west northwest at a faster 28 kilometers per hour (km/h).

The tropical depression has maintained its strength, with maximum winds of 45 km/h.
