MANILA, Philippines – The southwest monsoon will bring more rain to Luzon on Tuesday, August 30.
In its bulletin issued 5 pm on Monday, August 29, state weather bureau PAGASA warned of moderate to heavy rain in the Ilocos Region, as well as the provinces of Batanes, Benguet, Zambales, and Bataan, plus the Babuyan Islands.
