The head of the Taiwan team investigating the incident says evidence shows PH law enforcers were "intentionally shooting" the fishing boat

MANILA, Philippines - Filipinos who are on a vacation or are about to travel this long holiday break can expect generally good weather on Saturday, November 3, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
PAGASA said there is no major weather disturbance in the Philippine area of responsibility. Only brief rainshowers and thuderstorms will be experienced in parts of Luzon, including Metro Manila, and Visayas.
Mindanao, however, will be cloudy with occasional light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
The northeast monsoon, or "Amihan," is still affecting the northern seabord. PAGASA has advised fishing boats and other small seacraft not to venture out into the sea, while larger vessels are alerted against big waves.
The northern seabord -- Batanes, Calayan, Babuyan, northern coast of Cagayan and northern coast of Ilocos Norte -- will experience strong to gale force winds associated with the surge of Amihan.
Metro Manila will experience temperatures of 21.2 ºC to 32.6 ºC. Sunrise earlier was at 5:52 a.m., while sunset is expected at 5:27 p.m. - Rappler.com
